turned off my internet for it to work, BUT I ALSO HAD TO ALLOW IT THROUGH PRIVATE FIREWALL. i copied the SCII frolder from my documents to a diff dir, and deleted it from my documents. I have the reloaded copy of wings of liberty installed. Ok, to add to my comment, it does in fact work.
